Renowned Artist Steve Skipper Visits College Football Hall of Fame for New Exhibit Unveiling and Exclusive Black History Month Events
Exhibit unveiled on Feb. 6 with an inspiring discussion from Skipper about his transformative journey and groundbreaking artistry
ATLANTA (February 10, 2025) – The Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame is proud to have unveiled an all-new temporary exhibit as part of its Black History Month programming, which features the work of renowned artist Steve Skipper. Known for his hyper-realistic masterpieces and remarkable life story, some of Skipper’s most celebrated works, which reflect his unmatched dedication to storytelling and historical preservation, are available for viewing, including:

On Thursday, February 6, Skipper was at the College Football Hall of Fame to help unveil the exhibit during a private event and led a powerful discussion about his transformative journey from a troubled past to becoming an internationally recognized artist, breaking barriers in the world of sports and beyond.
“For more than 30 years I have been blessed to combine my love for art and sports and form a business of which I am very proud,” said Skipper. “I am truly honored to share my work with the College Football Hall of Fame and tell my story.”
As the first Black artist commissioned by NASCAR, The University of Alabama, the PGA and the Professional Bull Riders, Skipper’s career has been defined by breaking barriers, and he has used his artistry to leave an undeniable mark on sports, history and culture.
