Bio

Glenn Dorsey terrorized offensive lines in the SEC while leading Louisiana State to a national title. He was the most decorated defensive player in school history despite being frequently double and triple-teamed. Dorsey was a two-time First-Team All-America selection, earning unanimous honors in 2007 after leading LSU to a victory over Ohio State in the BCS National Championship Game. During that season he won the Outland, Nagurski, Lombardi, and Lott IMPACT trophies, becoming the first player in LSU history to receive any of those honors. He was a 2007 team captain, and guided LSU to the conference title, while earning SEC Defensive Player of the Year honors and becoming a finalist for the Bednarik Award. Dorsey elected to return to LSU for his senior campaign despite being projected as a first round NFL Draft pick as a junior, was awarded for his patience and was selected fifth overall in the 2008 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs. He played five seasons with the Chiefs (2008-2012) and four with the San Francisco 49ers (2013-2016).
