SANIL ANNOUNCES 1ST ANNUAL INFLCR NIL SUMMIT HOSTED AT THE COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME

ATLANTA, GA (Sunday, January 23, 2022) – Student Athlete NIL (SANIL), an industry leading agency helping empower brands and student-athletes in the new era of Name, Image and Likeness, has announced the 1st Annual INFLCR NIL Summit to be hosted at the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta from June 13-15, 2022.

Inspired by industry leading gatherings like TED, ComplexCon, and SXSW, the NIL Summit is a immersive multi-day professional development experience and gathering place for collegiate athletics’ most important stakeholder – the student-athlete – to share ideas, discover new interests, and learn how to maximize NIL opportunities to build their brands and amplify their voices.

“Whether it’s hearing from the world’s foremost celebrity influencers, being inspired by their favorite pro-athlete turned business mogul, or collaborating with like-minded professionals who want to shape the future of college athletics, student-athletes will leave the Summit equipped with the knowledge and relationships necessary to leverage their influence to create a better future for themselves and their communities,” says Jim Cavale, Founder and President of INFLCR, a Teamworks company.

The three-day event will allow hundreds of student-athletes from across the nation to engage and participate in keynote sessions, panels, and workshops across multiple educational tracks, including: Social Media and Influencer Marketing, Career Development, Brand Management, Entrepreneurship, Wealth Building, Blockchain, and Social Responsibility. Education will be delivered by industry leading practitioners and subject matter experts, including: pro-athletes, agents, influencers, entrepreneurs, as well as executives from the world’s biggest brands and social media companies.

INFLCR - the leading content and compliance platform for collegiate athletic programs - is the NIL Summit’s Title Partner, while Cornerstone Partners include: Meta - a company that helps collegiate athletes connect, find communities, and grow their businesses; Wasserman - a global sports and talent agency; and Icon Source - the leading NIL marketplace. Each will be intimately involved in educating and training student-athletes on best-practices within their respective industry verticals. The Summit will have over two-dozen brand partners, who will contribute more than 50 speakers to the event, which will be hosted on the grounds of the College Football Hall Of Fame located in the heart of downtown Atlanta.

“The NIL Summit is intended to be a platform for student-athletes from all levels to to learn from, and collaborate with, the industry’s most transformative brands and together shape the future of college athletics,” says Jason Belzer, Co-founder and CEO of Student Athlete NIL. “We’re excited to partner with INFLCR and the College Football Hall Of Fame to build what we hope will become the mecca of all things student-athlete for many years to come.”

The Summit will begin on Monday, June 13, with the 1st Annual NIL Awards - a gala ceremony for student-athletes, brands, creators, and storytellers to celebrate excellence and honor those that have done it best on the biggest stage. Winners will be recognized for outstanding achievement, innovation, creativity and leadership in Name, Image and Likeness. Among the more than dozen Awards include: The Male And Female Athletes Of The Year, Brand Of The Year, and Best Institutional NIL Program.

“History was made on July 1 last year as student athletes were awarded the opportunity to profit off their name, image and likeness. As the keepers of college football’s rich history, we are honored to serve as a venue where student athletes can learn how to maximize opportunities in this new NIL frontier,” shares Kimberly Beaudin, President and CEO of the Hall. “While NIL opportunities are a great asset for athletes based on their on-field product, the off-field version of themselves is just as crucial. We are excited to host these young men and women as they learn how to become the best versions of themselves during informative sessions and workshops.”

Nominations are now being accepted for student-athlete delegates interested in attending the NIL Summit. Institutions may nominate one (1) student-athlete per team up to ten (10) total student-athletes across a department. So long as they meet all eligibility requirements, any student-athlete nominated by an institution will be granted attendance at the Summit, on a space-available basis. Athletic departments are also encouraged to send administrators and coaches to attend the Summit, which will feature a special track focused specifically on best practices for institutions and teams in the NIL space.
