The Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame Becomes
First Sensory Inclusive™ Attraction in Atlanta
Partnership with KultureCity® Provides Education and Tools to Create an Inclusive Environment for All Guests
The Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame and KultureCity®, a non-profit organization dedicated to rethinking accessibility to create acceptance and inclusion for all individuals, announce they have teamed up to enhance the guest experience at the downtown attraction. Through the partnership, Hall team members completed the necessary sensory awareness training and implementation of enhanced services through KultureCity’s Sensory Inclusive certification program.
“From day one, we built the Hall of Fame to be a place where all college football fans can experience the legends, traditions and pageantry of the game in a welcoming environment,” states Dennis Adamovich, CEO of the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame. “Our attraction is interactive and engaging, and we want every person that comes through our doors to enjoy it in a comforting environment that allows them to have the best experience possible.”
The KultureCity program provided the Hall of Fame staff with in-depth, in-person and online training to enable them to recognize, interact with and comfort guests with sensory sensitivities. Guests can request a sensory bag, which includes items like noise-cancelling headphones, fidget tools and verbal cue cards, and the Hall will also offer designated quiet areas for guests who need a place to regroup before reengaging with the attraction.

The KultureCity Sensory Inclusive program gives individuals with autism and other sensory needs the ability to see and experience everything the world has to offer.

The Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame is a 94,256-square-foot attraction located in the heart of Atlanta's sports, entertainment and tourism district.
