Bio

Not many have taken the path to gridiron glory as London Fletcher. He didn’t start playing tackle football until he was a junior in high school. London believed he was destined for the hardwood and attended Saint Francis (PA) to play basketball. He eventually returned to his home state of Ohio and started his impressive football career. At John Carroll he became a standout. In 1997, he was team captain, and led the program to their first DIII playoff victory. That season he recorded 202 tackles, and finished his career with 386 tackles, 37 tackles for loss, 14 sacks, three interceptions, and two touchdowns. Despite going undrafted, he found a spot in the NFL with the St. Louis Rams, and started on the Super Bowl XXXIV championship team. He would have a 16-year career.
