Bio

Darren McFadden made an immediate impact as a freshman, rushing for 1,113 yards followed by a career-best of 1,830 yards his final year. He still ranks second on the SEC career rushing list with 4,590 total yards, while averaging 120.8 yards per game. He also rushed for a school record of 100 yards or more in 22 games. McFadden excelled in the face of stiff competition and racked up 2,928 rushing yards in 21 games against SEC teams with winning records and ranked non-conference opponents. McFadden was drafted with the 4th pick in the 2008 NFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders, where he played from 2008 through 2014. He finished his career with the Dallas Cowboys playing from 2015-2017.
