("Sponsor"), Atlanta Hall Management, Inc., Octagon, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins September 2, 2017 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends August 31, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes will be divided into twelve (12) monthly entry periods, as outlined in the chart below (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter;
1) Instagram or Twitter Photo: Visit the College Football Hall of Fame, located at 250 Marietta St NW, Atlanta, GA 30313] and follow the instructions to provide your email address when visiting to receive an email from the College Football Hall of Fame following your visit with photo and video content captured while at the College Football Hall of Fame. Then, follow the instructions in the email received to download the photo/video content and post to your Instagram or Twitter account along with the hashtags #HDcfbhall and #promo to receive one (1) entry. Entries must be received by the dates and times specified in the chart above to be eligible for the applicable Monthly Entry Period. An Instagram or Twitter account is required to enter via Instagram or Twitter and is available for free at www.instagram.com or www.twitter.com. The content of your photo will not be judged and therefore will not increase or decrease your chances of winning.
2) Alternative Method of Entry: To receive one (1) entry without visiting the College Football Hall of Fame or posting a photo, on a 3” x 5” piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), date-of-birth, and mail the entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: Home Depot and College Football Hall of Fame College GameDay Sweepstakes, 1375 Peachtree ST NE Suite 175N, Atlanta, GA 30309. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end dates specified in the chart above to be eligible for the applicable Monthly Entry Period.
Limit of one (1) entry per person using only one (1) email address per Monthly Entry Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries with incomplete or erroneous information, entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries made by any means which subvert the entry process are void.
PHOTO/VIDEO REQUIREMENTS: Photos and videos may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:
Photo/video must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the photo/video contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the photo/video, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the photo/video by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the photo/video. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render photo/video (and corresponding entry) null and void. By posting a photo/video, entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the photo/video consent to the submission and use of the photo/video in the Sweepstakes and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.
By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby grants permission for their photo to be posted on https://www.cfbhall.com/ or other websites. Entrant agrees that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any Entry. Entrants agree that they will not use the Entry for any other purpose, including, without limitation, posting the Entry to any online social networks, without the express consent of Sponsor in each instance.
RANDOM DRAWINGS: Potential winners for each Monthly Entry Period will be selected in random drawings held on or about the dates specified in the chart above from among all eligible entries and additional entries received for each applicable Monthly Entry Period. Non-winning entries and additional entries from one Monthly Entry Period drawing will carry over to subsequent Monthly Entry Period drawings. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Monthly Entry Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and potential Monthly Prize winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) calendar days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable drawing.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, illegible, misdirected, delayed, garbled or undelivered entries or postage-due mail, for network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions or lines, or computer hardware or software, or other equipment failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Each entrant, by participating, and winners, by accepting a prize, agree that Sponsor, the College Football Hall of Fame, Octagon, Inc., Instagram, Twitter and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and such entrant and winner will release, discharge, defend and hold Released Parties harmless from and against, any and all liabilities, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death to persons, or damage to property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Each entrant and winner, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name and address (city and state) and an associated entry, photo, voice and other likeness and prize information for programming, publicity, advertising, trade and promotional and other purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and in perpetuity, without notice, inspection, review or approval and without restriction as to frequency of use or additional consents from entrant, winner or any third party. Entrant and winners agree to execute specific consents to enable Sponsor to pursue and protect its rights hereunder. Entrants and winners also agree not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Sweepstakes without the prior consent of Sponsor, which Sponsor may withhold in its sole discretion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LICENSE/USE OF PHOTOS/VIDEOS: By posting a photo/video, and to the extent allowed by law, you grant the Released Parties a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub licensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse your photo, video, name, username, and biographical material including, but not limited to, all materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to entrant or any third party.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal substantive laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
