The Microsoft Gaming Lounge is now open! This remarkable interactive exhibit will redefine the visitor experience by seamlessly blending the excitement of college football with cutting-edge gaming technology.
The exhibit, located on the second floor next to the Andrea and James Clarke Family Gallery, will feature six individual gaming stations, each equipped with the latest Xbox Series X consoles and a copy of EA Sports NCAA Football 14, an exhilarating gaming experience that will be available until the highly anticipated release of EA Sports NCAA Football 24, which also commemorates the 10 years the Hall of Fame has been in the city of Atlanta. Utilizing the same luxurious leather chairs that can be found in college football team lounges across the nation, the Microsoft Gaming Lounge and its dedicated gaming stations are designed to help visitors indulge in their passion for gaming and truly “Get in the Game.”
“By embracing the convergence of sports and gaming, the Microsoft Gaming Lounge exemplifies the Hall of Fame’s commitment to providing a truly immersive and interactive experience for our visitors,” said President & CEO Kimberly Beaudin. “It’s an honor to celebrate this unique fusion of tradition and innovation, reinforcing the Hall’s status as a premier destination for sports and entertainment enthusiasts alike.”
In addition to the gaming stations, the exhibit will also feature a grandstand area for spectators to observe all the thrills and touchdowns happening on the screens in front of them. This setup also allows the space to host competitive e-sports events and tournament-style events for visitors to the Hall of Fame.
Don’t miss the chance to experience this special collaboration, pairing two of the most well-known fandoms in the country – football and gaming – at the College Football Hall of Fame’s newest exhibit, the Microsoft Gaming Lounge.
