Atlanta Hall Management, Inc. (AHM) operates the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame, located in the heart of downtown Atlanta across from Centennial Olympic Park. The Hall opened its doors in August 2014 and has secured its reputation as one of the nation’s most engaging and interactive experiences. The Hall of Fame’s mission is to educate, entertain, connect and inspire in a way that celebrates honors and preserves the people, traditions, and passions of college football.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President of Development and Philanthropy, the Sponsorship Sales Manager will help lead all efforts around prospecting, selling, and preparing sponsorship leads for the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame. This position will focus on generating business targets for new sponsorship revenue and understanding a solutions-based development process. Additionally, this individual will help provide administrative support for the Sponsorship and Philanthropy department.
Roles, Responsibilities, and Key Performance Areas:
· Develop and establish a prospect pipeline by targeting qualified leads for new partnership revenue
· Research, cold call and set up meetings to gain an understanding of each prospect’s objectives
· Lead the process of creating fully integrated, customized presentations and proposals based on specific and unique business challenges for prospects
· Manage the CRM platform with regards to sponsor information, sales reporting, etc.
· Continually keep abreast of sports marketing trends and knowledge of the marketplace
· Work closely with the Sponsorship Service and Philanthropy teams to collaborate on innovative and strategic programming
· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President of Development and Philanthropy

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, sports administration, or a related field
· 2+ years of experience with corporate sponsorship sales, business development or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
· Experience with a CRM program
· Required knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Driving Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required as you may be driving and using a company vehicle for various event responsibilities
