 Job Summary:
The Fan Experience Coordinator will support the Fan Experience Leadership Team by acting as the primary Manager-on-Duty for day-to-day operation of the College Football Hall of Fame. The candidate must be resourceful, work both independently & with a team, and be able to take initiative in performing tasks. The Fan Experience Coordinator will also assist the Fan Experience Managers in managing the CFHOF Fan Ambassador team. The Fan Experience Coordinator will support leadership in achieving the highest level of staff morale by developing and growing a company culture that is considered the benchmark in the attraction and hospitality industry.

Role, Responsibilities, and Key Performance Areas: 
  • Serve as the primary Manager-on-Duty (MOD) for regular operation of the attraction.
    • Includes five days a week and two weekends a month.
  • Complete and distribute daily MOD reports documenting detailed information about each shift.
  • Complete and deliver performance reviews for the CFHOF Fan Ambassador team bi-annually. 
  • Document standard operating procedures for Fan Experience department as needed.
  • Assist the team in the development and implementation of creative and strategic methods to improve the Fan Experience at the Hall.
  • Assist the team in development and implementation of streamlined processes that provide cost and time savings to the department.
  • Support CFHOF Fan Ambassador team by facilitating performance incentives and content education programs.
  • Perform guests service recovery as needed.
  • Represent the Fan Experience leadership team in weekly meetings with partner departments as needed.
  • Develop internal and external relationships in order to improve practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Become a subject matter expert in one or more of the following core job functions; 1) Ticket Office Management; 2) Event Management; 3) Scheduling, Payroll, and Administrative Support; 4) Manager on Duty
  • Identify and explore ways to assist Fan Ambassador team in career development and job satisfaction.

  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of the sport of football, including the current landscape of College Football
  • Displays knowledge of key moments and figures in the history of College Football
 
Education & Experience: 
  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Major in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business Administration, or Sports Administration preferred
  • Efficient computer/technology literacy required
  • Hospitality experience within an attraction, hotel, hospitality venue or related field preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently required to stoop, stand, walk, climb, lift and use repetitive motions
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
