The College Football Hall of Fame and Chick-fil-A Fan Experience offers many hospitality options for guests that visit us each day. Fan Ambassadors are available to assist our guests with questions or assistance you many need once you arrive at the Hall.
The College Football Hall of Fame and the adjacent parking garage are disabled accessible and meet all A.D.A requirements. If you need to use a wheelchair for any reason, they are available by asking any Fan Ambassador.
All exhibits inside the College Football Hall of Fame include closed captioning for the hearing impaired. If you need additional assistance, our Fan Ambassadors can assist you.
Guests requiring special assistance through a complimentary tour guide can contact the College Football Hall of Fame by email or phone for a reservation. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice to schedule your visit. Guests with hearing or vision impairments are strongly encouraged to schedule a complimentary guide to ensure your visit is memorable and enjoyable. As a consideration for other guests, we kindly ask that guests check their strollers with a Fan Ambassador on arrival at the College Football Hall of Fame. Some areas within the Hall have limited space and guests may be required to park their strollers at these locations.
Lost and Found
Recovered items will be held for 30 days and claimed at Fan Services inside the College Football Hall of Fame. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org giving specific details of items you have misplaced.
Guide dogs for the blind, service animals for guests with disabilities and working dogs in training are welcome inside the attraction.
Safety and Security
For the safety of all our guests, all persons and bags are subject to reasonable search. Guns, knives, mace or other weapons likely to cause bodily harm are not permitted inside the College Football Hall of Fame and Chick-fil-A Fan Experience.
